Catch Up Funding
In response to the forced closure of schools and disruption to learning because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government have allocated additional funding to provide for training, resources and tutoring to enable pupils to catch up lost learning. This is called the Catch Up funding. Please see our strategy document below which describes the funding allocated to our school and how we plan to spend it.

Pupil Premium Funding
We are committed to promoting the progress and attainment of all children, whatever their background. The Government believes that the Pupil Premium, which is additional to main school funding, is the best way to address the current underlying inequalities between children eligible for free school meals (FSM) and their wealthier peers by ensuring that funding to tackle disadvantage reaches the pupils who need it most (taken from the DFE website).

Sports Premium Funding
Sports Premium funding should be used to make additional and sustainable improvements to the quality of PE and sport that schools offer. This means that they should use the Primary PE and Sport Premium to:
- develop or add to the PE and sport activities that your school already offers
- build capacity and capability within the school to ensure that improvements made now will benefit pupils joining the school in future years.
